The whole reason for the building of this system was to reduce the time taken to enter and produce consultant timesheets.  If you can make any suggestions that could be done to improve the processes please email to the Greg McKernan.

Planned Updates / Suggestions

  1. Include a daily total ability for each timeline and a weekly total at the bottom of main screen.  This suggestion will be included in the next update as this ability was built into the prototype but was excluded to speed up the roll out to production.

  2. Change the login screen to use the enter key to 'press' the ok button.  This will be addressed within the next release.

  3. Michael Eremia - Make it more obvious that a project has been selected, the suggestion was to bold the text on the project code name.  A better way would be to inverse colour the currently selected project code.  I will investigate to work out which to include into the next release.

  4. Peter Corrigan - Have a balloon pop-up ability to verify the project code with 'hovering' the mouse over an entered time period on a timeline. This would help with colours that are very similar. I will investigate to include into the next release.
